1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TinselAI, its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors, and suppliers from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your
use of TinselAI, including without limitation any User Content you post, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

1. Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TinselAI relating to TinselAI and supersede any prior agreements between you and TinselAI regarding the TinselAI.

If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

TinselAI's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

You agree that any cause of action related to or arising out of your relationship with TinselAI must commence within one year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in Marion, IN, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
