OpenAI's ChatGPT settings has "Data Controls"

As an FYI: Now in OpenAI's ChatGPT settings, you can select "Data Controls" which gives you the following options:

💾 Save Chat
- It saves new chats to your history like it has been doing for some time. The trade-off now is if you allow for saving of your chats, you are also consenting to using your history for training. 😕

🚚 Export Data
- This is an asynchronous export of your conversations with ChatGPT. A link for the download is sent to your email address and is valid for 24 hours. The download includes your prompt and completion history in both HTML and JSON formats. The JSON formats takes the form of the API response, which is nice.
